2020 Census Advocacy: National Advisory Committee Public Comments

The Partnership for America’s Children comments to the Census National Advisory Committee, highlighting the issue of the young child undercount in the decennial census and the impact the undercount has. The Partnership asks the National Advisory Committee to recommend a series of measures designed to ensure that the Census messaging and outreach is designed to reach families with young children and to persuade them to fill out the form and include young children.
